What we collect and why

To process and ship an order we collect your name, phone number, address and email.

If you sign in with Kakao or Naver, we receive an identifier from them along with your name and email.

Payment details are passed to the payment provider. We do not store card numbers.

To answer an enquiry we keep the enquiry and your contact details.

We collect the minimum needed. We do not collect resident registration numbers.

How long we keep it

Information that has served its purpose is deleted without delay.

Where law requires retention, we keep the information for that period.

Contract and withdrawal records: 5 years (e-commerce law)

Payment and supply records: 5 years (e-commerce law)

Consumer complaint and dispute records: 3 years (e-commerce law)

Advertising and display records: 6 months (e-commerce law)

Access logs: 3 months (Protection of Communications Secrets Act)

Sharing and processors

We do not provide personal information to third parties except where the law requires it.

For delivery we pass the recipient's name, phone number and address to the courier.

For payment we pass the details needed for the transaction to the payment provider.

Once processors are confirmed, we will name them and describe what they handle in this policy.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop its processing.

Send your request to our contact address and we will act on it without delay.

Information the law requires us to retain is kept for that period even if you ask us to delete it.

Deletion

Once the retention period ends or the purpose is served, information is deleted so that it cannot be recovered.

Electronic files are deleted irreversibly. Paper records are shredded or incinerated.

Safeguards

Access to personal information is limited to as few people as possible.

Passwords and payment-related information are handled in encrypted form.

We keep access logs and manage them so that they cannot be altered.

Language and country detection

On a first visit we look at your connecting region to choose which language to show.

We do not separately store the raw IP address for this purpose.

If you choose a language yourself, we remember it and that choice takes priority over region detection.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we post a notice on the site with the date of the change.

For changes that matter to users, we give notice at least 7 days before they take effect.
