1. Purpose

These terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the online store operated by Camel & Tiger, and the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the company and the user.

2. Posting and changes

These terms are posted where you can read them at any time.

We may change these terms within the limits of applicable law. When we do, we state the effective date and the reason, and give notice at least 7 days beforehand. For changes that are unfavourable to users, we give notice at least 30 days beforehand.

3. Using the service

You can place an order without creating an account.

If you sign in with Kakao or Naver, your order history is available in your account.

The service may be interrupted for maintenance, network faults or events beyond our control. Where we can foresee this, we give notice in advance.

4. Orders and formation of contract

A contract is formed when you place an order and we accept it.

The amount payable is the amount recalculated on our server at the time of the order.

If an item is out of stock or was displayed in error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount already paid in full.

5. Payment

Payment methods and steps follow what is shown on the checkout screen.

Payment details are handled by the payment provider. We do not store card numbers or similar payment credentials.

6. Withdrawal and refunds

Withdrawal and refunds follow Korean e-commerce law and our Shipping, Exchange & Refund notice.

The specific periods and limits are the same as those written on that page.

7. User obligations

Please do not enter information that is not true when ordering.

Do not use another person's identity or payment method without permission.

Do not use material from this site commercially without our permission.

8. Copyright

The photographs, text and design on this site belong to the company.

Posts and photographs you upload to the community remain yours. We may use them to the extent needed to operate and promote the service.

9. Disputes

If a dispute arises from use of the service, we will discuss it in good faith to resolve it.

If agreement is not reached, you may apply for mediation with a consumer dispute body under Korean consumer law.

Korean law applies to these terms.
