Shipping

Shipping is KRW 3,500 per order.

We dispatch within 3–5 business days of payment. Each piece is made by hand, so busy periods can take a little longer. We contact you in advance when that happens.

We currently ship within Korea only. International shipping is in preparation.

Items that need production time are marked on their product page.

When an exchange or refund is possible

You may request an exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving the item.

If the item is faulty or not what you ordered, you may request within 7 days of receipt, or within 30 days of noticing the problem. We cover shipping in that case.

Refunds are processed within 3 business days after the returned item arrives and is checked. Your card issuer or bank may take a few days more.

When an exchange or refund is not possible

The item shows use and has lost value as a result.

The packaging was damaged in a way that significantly reduced the value of the item.

Too much time has passed for the item to be resold.

The item was made to your specific request. We tell you before you order when this applies.

These grounds follow the limits on withdrawal set out in Korean e-commerce law. If none of them apply, you may request at any time.

Return shipping cost

If you simply change your mind, you cover the return shipping both ways.

If the item is faulty or was sent in error, we do not charge shipping.

The return address is being prepared. Please contact us before sending anything back and we will guide you.

What to check when it arrives

Leather is a natural material, so grain and colour vary slightly from piece to piece. Two covers in the same colour will not look identical, and that is not a fault.

Vegetable-tanned leather darkens and gains lustre with use. Water can leave marks.

If something looks wrong on arrival, please contact us with photos before using the item.
